What? I've read other members phoning in to customer service and having price adjustments done over the phone? Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.I've just bought rogue denim on 30% off. Today i picj them up but they can't do price adjustmentthey said it can be done if i buy it again on the web.
Otherwise I personally exchanged last year in store (I wanted the same model but a different physical bag, so they just did a refund/rebuy for me at a lower price).
I ordered by phone then the bag is send to store because I want it to be monogrammed. Did i need to just call the customer service? How can they refund me?

Did the refund your money back to your card?
I assume they'd refund the credit card you provided over the phone. But again I didn't go this route.
I bought online and did the price adjustment by calling customer service. They credited the original credit card.
Has anyone heard about additional 20% off of sale item starting next week?
I was told on the 13th but my SA told me on Thursady Coach can't make up their mind on if it's everything or just SLGs. I'm not sure if it's hooked up to a VIP/F&F special.

Does anyone remember when the prices dropped to 50% off last year? Trying to hold off buying so I don't have to deal with PA's. Most of my wish list has sold out waiting for the 20% event, but with e-bates being 14% today I was going to order a few small things...
I think on the 13th or just before it. My SA said when the extra 20% starts stuff will have gone 50% off
