I haven't returned in awhile, but when I returned at the store due to quality, which I pointed out, I remember the SA writing "changed mind" for the return reason instead of the real reason, which was really annoying.

Annoying! I always fill out the return form and check the damaged box, but I bet they do the same thing at JAX. I used to put those post it flags where the damages were. They probably never noticed and sent right back out.

Once I bought an electric blanket. One of the controllers had paper wrapped around it that said "this one doesn't work." So it was obviously a return and they just resold it without checking it out.

It's annoying how they hold it against the customer. If it's a legitimate quality issue, it shouldn't count against you. If you bought it online and return to a store, that store takes a hit. After my SA told me they keep tabs on my returns, l now return to JAX or put it up for sale.

That's just wrong what Coach is doing.

Sorry, I do not know any details. I received the invite via my outlet friends. You will need to contact retail store for exclusions. I might just buy some bag charms.

Do you happen to know if the tattoo line is included? I'm still wanting the plum clutch and plum dreamer tote. Although no SAs have contacted me yet at my local boutique.
