Next PCE? Anyone knows when?

I haven't heard the exclusions yet, but it's invite only and it's in store/in person only. I'm told there's less exclusions because of the type of event. Unfortunately my SA is across the country so no discount for me

Not sure if she meant in stock or was just emphasizing that you had to be physically present in the store vs text/phone orders to be shipped. I didn't ask for clarification because I'm across the country.

I have placed order with my SA in Texas and I'm in Ohio. As long as you're invited you can place an order with your SA. You don't have to be physically present.

Ah, turns out you don't have to be present. I've apparently returned too much so that's why the manager wouldn't allow it. So for all who return a lot - watch out. In all fairness, I got some pretty beat up display bags during the earlier SAS and don't think I should have been expected to keep them lol.

It's annoying how they hold it against the customer. If it's a legitimate quality issue, it shouldn't count against you. If you bought it online and return to a store, that store takes a hit. After my SA told me they keep tabs on my returns, l now return to JAX or put it up for sale.

Not sure. During the earlier SAS, I returned 4 damaged bags, but kept 7. Last PCE, I returned the sequins camera bag and a feather fob that was rolled up into a jewelry bag, but kept 5 other bags...

Uh oh, I've returned to JAX quite a bit this year. Every single item though was because it was defective in some way. Like my dreamer 36 with tattoo, one of the long fringes was cut at the bottom and my sequined clutch had a sequin sewn on backwards.

I actually kept 6 other bags from PCE, forgot to count the Bedford.

I know. I have pics still of the bags I returned from SAS. They were ordered through JAX via my SA and ended up shipping from a store and I sent back to JAX. They were so beat up it wasn't even funny. The one that wasn't damaged was the wrong bag entirely. I guess I was expected to keep it.

I'm not banned in any way don't misunderstand, my SAs manager just wouldn't allow the F&F discount. We found a work around though. Still annoying!

My SA is awesome though. She said her manager noticed "refunder" when reviewing my account. I'm assuming it's the same regardless of SA? Or is it store specific? I've never been to the store, it's across the country...

I haven't returned in awhile, but when I returned at the store due to quality, which I pointed out, I remember the SA writing "changed mind" for the return reason instead of the real reason, which was really annoying.
