Very frustrating! If they want to provide good customer service they should do a PA for you. If not I'd return and rebuy if you really want it.

Just curious...anyone go into a store knowing of the sale and being told you cannot purchase until Wednesday when sale opens to public? "Our registers will not be able to ring up sale price."

Really? Funny a store in another state sold me a handbag Friday for the sale price and I can see sale prices on website and order!

I went yesterday to my local store and they didn't tell me that. I had them order the Rogue with western whiplash detail that is on sale. Not sure if it is a different process since it had to be ordered since they didn't have it in store but there was no mention of not being able to ring up the sale price. They shipped it out yesterday too and it will be here on Friday.

lorihmatthews posted an FYI in the 1941 collection pieces on sale thread that her store told her the sale was "on hold" in the stores until Wednesday but you can still purchase online.

Thanks! My friend and I were there today and it is a store that isn't quite as good at CS - however, they do have a lot more 1941 items. Our normal store was willing to do the pre-sale on Friday last week :-)

Sale has gone public... Doesn't look like anything significant has been added to it, maybe just additional colors of a few things. When the SAS happens, is there a usual day (like Wednesday) when they add stuff or do additional markdowns?
