Yep, I'm still hearing the same too. Black Friday pce, tiered, and starting the week before Thansgiving.

Further, the manager had told me a few weeks ago, and my SA reiterated it again the other day, that although it starts as a pce, it's going to go completely *public*, so it doesn't matter if you don't get a code.

And no, no exclusions (my SA had been watching that particular part because I'm going to return/rebuy a couple things I had grabbed to make sure I could get them). It particularly works because from what the manager said a few weeks ago, purchases made from early October on, count as holiday purchases and are supposed to be returnable until .... I *think* the date she'd said was Jan 14 (if not, then the date was Jan 7 ... I thought I'd posted it here, but maybe not).

As for the "Winter" sale, I'm told that it is still officially called that -- "Winter sale" ... but it's starting to sound more and more like a semi-annual. I was told it will have three "phases", and will have items that are no longer in stores just like the semi-annual. The local manager originally said, a few weeks ago when I'd posted it here, that the "Winter sale" was supposed to start the day after Christmas. While I have not heard anything specifically different on that, I am personally kind of wondering. Last year, the semi-annual was before Christmas, so I'd be surprised if this "Winter" sale wouldn't get bumped up to before Christmas too. I do know it's coming, because my SA point out that it would bring back things no longer in store, and would have three phases.

Anyway .... most of this is what my SA said last Thursday, and it does, for the most part, continue to match what the manager had said a few weeks prior.

Thank you for the inside info!

Hmm .. hopefully we will get this up here too since we seem to have Black Friday here now .. LOL!

As for the SAS, I can see it starting on Boxing Day .. that's when we are all out looking for those bargains here ;).

The pce starts Saturday before Thanksgiving. Tiered as before, ie:
20% up to $250
25% $250-500
30% $500 and up.
My store has the list of pce's in now, but not any exclusions list. Any exclusion list should be arriving by early next week.

(Thank you, my wonderful SA! Who is helping with an order.)
