Bal Experts, pls help!i'm a newbie, i exchanged my black for a new stock coz i found a black stain on one of the gold hardware i dont know if it's tarnish or what and they gave me this. Now, I noticed that the bag has lots of some kind of cracks..is this could be a flaw? or a good characteristic of Bal leather?it's not as soft to touch as the first one i got..i heard that each bag is different..please tell me honestly of what you think about the leather...TIA;)

It kind of just looks like a brand new bag to me, once it's broken in, it'll look and feel quite different, they ARE all different and we all have our preferences, i for instance love a super wrinkly leather.
I think it looks fine, give it a bashing to break it in !

I had a work bag in black and my leather looked just like yours! I got scared and exchanged it for a different color... but now I am sort of regretting it. It looks like you can condition the bag with LMB products or apple leather care and it should be fine.
