That is beyond rude. I happen to hire line sitters all the time but its always one for one.

The last bottega sale my mother and husband wanted to go with me and so I hired 3 line sitters.

One for one - so that the ppl behind me in line are not effected in any way. That is the only fair way to hire line sitters.

Could you please PM me the name of the line sitters company/contact info and rates?

Congrats to all those who got the items on their wishlists and just other fab purchases!

I was feeling sick on Thursday and Friday last week, so I wouldn't have been able to stand in line for so many hours even if I wanted to.

I went on Saturday morning and waited an hour in line. I got there at about 9:45. They happened to be filming "Say Yes to the Dress" right across the street. It was exciting to watch.

There were NO scarves or enamels left. I was sad cuz I really wanted an enamel, but that's fine cuz this week I ended up buying a couple of really special pieces from the regular Hermes boutique from my SA that I LOVE. People were scooping up ties left and right. There were a lot of husband and wife teams hoarding them with the 3 per customer limit. Bins were emptied and turned over every couple of minutes. I contemplated getting a few, but the only man in my life is my dad, and he doesn't wear ties lol

They had lots of RTW and shoes left, although they were running short on boots except in smaller sizes. They had fragrance, the "Merveille" (?), "le Toit"(?), and Voyage body lotion. We were limited to two of these, so I just got the "Merveille" and Voyage. I wanted more to give as gifts, so I went back later, but these were all gone by then.

So all I got was the 2 fragrances. The perfume was $37, and the Voyage was $27. Great deal!
