New VCA Lucky Animals brooches

The stones in this hummingbird are gorgeous! I have two clips and a 10-motif MOP necklace. I actually wear the clips more than the necklace. And this is coming from someone who hasn’t often worn brooches. I wear the clips more in the winter when I wear blazers and heavier fabrics since the clips have some weight to them and struggle not to flip over on lighter summer fabrics. I always get compliments on them because they are so unusual and beautiful. In fact, I plan to wear one this evening on a blazer when my husband and I go out to dinner. But I agree with the other ladies. Get the one you will wear most. For me, the clips make me smile so I manage to find opportunities to wear them as much as possible. I am so curious now about which one you will choose. Please share an update with us!

Since I have seen many people wearing clover motif necklaces, now I have hesitation adding more motif items. It's good to have something that is not obviously vca, I am also leaning more and more towards non-clover pieces. I finally appreciate the non-clover items.

I think I will put the 10 motif purchase plan aside first and get this brooch instead because it's the house or headquarter that decides which store to allocate this piece to, SA doesn't always be able to predict when and how to get it.

I seldom come across something in the pattern that's exactly how I pictured it in my mind previously.

This incident really made me understand the power of mental manifestation.

Today when I purchased the perlee couleurs earrings, I came across this hummingbird brooch. I like lapis lazuli very much so I paid a deposit to hold it. Add a bit more and I can get a 10 motif TE. Should I get the 10 motif first or just grab this brooch when the lapis lazuli is not replaced with BA. I am not saying that they will use BA later but you will never know. I do have winter clothes to match.

I also try on the two butterfly in lapis and finally understand why so many of you got it because it's very comfortable to wear.

Is it really difficult to get the hummingbird brooch or is it just a gimmick or my imagination?

I purchased the hummingbird brooch earlier this year and love it. When I asked my SA about it in April said it was not discontinued but production was suspended because of the trouble sourcing lapis of the right quality. Not long after I asked she found one, so I am not sure if that was just good timing or a sign that the brooch is back in production. We have hummingbirds in our backyard so the brooch has sentimental value for me in addition to being beautiful. I use the chain from a Magic Alhambra pendant to make it a necklace. Enjoy!

This is the wild card for me. I have never thought I would make a decision this quick but I did.

I tried on the two butterfly between the finger ring in lapis and it's very comfortable. I see why you have this ring. Since I have dark hair, the ring pops more on my fingers than a pair of earrings on ears.

The non-clover creations are even more stunning.

It seems like there's one on display window at NY boutique on 5th avenue a few months ago. I assume that you come across the brooch more often in the US because hummingbirds are native to North America.

When you are patient, you will come across it eventually.

Now the lucky animals look way more appealing than the clovers.

Is VCA online can’t find one in the USA, do they check Europe for you?

Hi, my SA is actually in the UK, so he just checked for me directly when I asked him. Yes, they can check stock of items in other regions as well, but I suppose it depends on if they have the time to do it. I would certainly ask; some are more proactive than others.
