I live in Orlando and spend A LOT of time at NM and Saks (much to my husband's dismay), and have never seen RM in those stores. The only place I have ever seen them in person here was at the Off Saks outlet, and the selection was not impressive. I have not seen them in any other B & M stores in the area (I have not been to the Nordstrom Rack, though). I don't want to rain on your parade, because we do have some great shopping, but you might want to call ahead before you waste a lot of time running around to all of the stores.
Just a quick update. I hit the Nordstrom Rack today, since I had to go to the Mall at Millenia anyway. They had a few pouches, but no RM bags, and honestly, a very disappointing handbag selection in general.
