The opening is a bit tight so it’s hard to reach for stuff
Also the resin handle is small, I have small wrists but it still hurts when I carry it on my arm
The shoulder strap is a bit short so I don’t use it as shoulder bag.
The best way is to use it as a handheld
Seems that I have a lot of complaints but I do still love the bag lol
