hi, im about to purchase my 1st lv bag. where is it cheapest to purchase the neverfull monogram mm. us, hong kong or paris? is the price posted on the website of 360 euro inclusive of tax. would appreciate any help

here the neverfull mm is 450 euros i believe (Holland) paris is only a teeeeny bit cheaper i believe.. but 360? maybe thats after the vat refund but i think thats about 13%.. in hong kong designer bags are generally more expensive (especially louis vuitton) due to high demands!
