New TB Revas came with scratches on gold logo/medallion

Is this normal? I purchased leopard revas from Nordstrom & they showed up with a few hairline scratches on the gold metal of the logo/medallion on the right shoe. Should I try to exchange these or are these little scratches just something that is common with these shoes?

Nope, I'd exchange them. They shouldn't have scratches.

I have these same shoes and love them. Cape Cod polishing cloths gets off hairline scratches on gold hardware beautifully..I use them on on my shoes and purses. You could try that before you exchange them.

Since the shoes are brand new out of the box but have scratches, I would return the shoes to the store because I would want to be the one to scratch them! LOL! But keep in mind that eventually as you wear the Revas, there will be scratches!!!

i personally wouldnt be bothered as the scratches will turn up soon enough.
