I went there yesterday and I saw the same.

Found a very nice SA and was clear that I have one at Madison but am always looking for random hard to find things so I will stay in touch with her too.

She asked me if I was looking for something and I requested a unicorn which they did not have. I have a bunch of other items expected to arrive this year so I didn’t want to have to call DH for a “request” so that was on purpose. I really am looking for something in particular that my other boutiques haven’t gotten so might as well get at the top of the list somewhere!
Was the boutique lovely!??? Ugh haven't been shopping at H boutique in feels like ages. I need to visit ASAP!!!! xoxoxoxxo

Keep trying! I’m sure it will happen.

Both myself and my friend got exactly what we wanted. We went separately. Color, size, hardware, leather, and bag.
Congradulations! May I ask what kind of bag did you get? Were you asking them directly what kind of bag you wanted or made some purchase before you even asked?

Hi hi. I was very specific. I had one bag in mind, color, hardware, size. A kelly retourne. I walked in, asked for it, they looked me up in the system and 10-15 minutes later, they walked out with one box. It was the bag I asked for

No, I wasn’t asked to buy anything nor did I offer to buy anything. But, it might just be me because my friend was offered to buy something, which she declined. She still ended up getting what she asked for but there was a longer deliberation by the SM in her case. In both cases though, story is, we both got what we walked in to get.

Good luck all!

You two were definitely so lucky! Thanks for sharing your story with me. I guess this is life and I won't be lucky all the time. Enjoy your new bag!

I went to the meatpacking store in NYC, and all i have to say is that the customer service was excellent! They had several rodeo charms available and I scored the red rodeo PM size, the smallest that I wanted. They had so many bags on display And in stock! The 2nd floor was more clothing and home.

Boutique and client service at this location are quite exceptional and refreshing. Very efficient use of space. I skipped out of work a little earlier so I could have a solid 45 minutes to soak in this new H-ness. And inhale I did!

It wasn’t the hectic scene of opening weekend (was told they had a record breaking thousand walk ins!). I was greeted immediately and when I told them I wanted to just look, they encouraged me to take my time to look around. I was finally paired with an SA, who knows my Madison SA well, and she helped me in leathers and silks. She even travelled downstairs several times for items I was considering and it was nearly closing time! What I really appreciated was a service that proved attentive but casual and easy going. The SA was highly collaborative showing me on her mobile device what colors were in stock. For a small boutique, they pack a lot in!

In terms of stock, they do have variety. The items may not be on display but there is a robust selection- from rodeos, carre pouches to silks of all sizes and shapes. No quota bags - but then I didn’t ask directly. I mentioned in passing a K. After I made my purchase (triangle & cavale strap) and said my thank you, the SA did repeat my wishlist K28...who knows! Anyhow, that’s besides the point.

I say please visit this boutique! It’s worth the trip and I hope they maintain this level of service.

I’m so glad you were able to get the rodeo you wanted.

Happy you had such a great experience. My first visit was very positive but too quick. Can’t wait to go back to take more time to look around.

I'm so tempted with all of these new local stores popping up to ask for a bag, but how does this actually work? I'm not eligible for another bag until next semester, but I love my SA (in Vegas) and I wouldn't want to hurt his feelings or affect my loyalty to my store. I do see other ladies building profiles with other stores, though. Logistically, it's hard to get across the country twice a year. I'm devoted to my SA, though. He brought me into the club!

I’d stick with your SA. You can do no wrong by that rule, especially if you love your SA.

If you love your SA stick with him. I’d love to know how it works with others having a “home store” but also shopping at other stores within the US. Just like we see on this thread.
