New speedy 25 empriente issue

I just came home from Hawaii and purchased the marine rouge speedy 25. Carried it downstairs and this morning when I went to take it out, I noticed the strap came off and the brass ring on the side fell off. Now of course I can't find the pieces. It doesn't look like they have the bag in stock i

Don't worry they will repair it even if u can't find the part- u will have an option to wait 2-3 weeks or get a replacement as soon as they get one in stock no matter where in the world u have purchased it.
