Hi, guys. I’m just about to buy my first YSL Lou Camera Bag in black. I was in the store today and fell in love with it but the one thing makes me wonder if everything is ok. The tassel doesn’t have the engraved ID plate. I saw on the ysl.com that some of the bags ( i think the caramel one) doesn’t have it either. Do you know why is that?

Mine came like this from netaporter and I asked for an exchange. They asked for pics and gave me an exchange pretty easily. Looks like this bag is prone to have these folds depending on how we wear it but I prefer to be be the cause of the folds (if any) instead of receiving a new bag that is not in perfect condition. Just my 2 centsHi, just got this out of the box from Saks. Are the little bumps in the leather normal? Will they go away? Thx for your comments!

I purchased my first camera bag (from any designer). I had previously written off the style thinking it was either too small or too boring for the price, from any of the design houses. Then, I saw the YSL mock crock camera bag on the YSL website during their sale. I decided to buy because the price was great and I knew if I didn't like it I could return it. Return wasn't necessary, fell in love with it. It is much larger than I thought it would be and the mock crock with gunmetal hardware is beautiful. I have included photos of it as compared with my other YSL bags to give an idea of size

So, I return the bag with the dents in it. I ordered another bag and it had scratches in the corner. Clearly a scratch in the leather. I am so frustrated! I have ordered the bag yet a third time and it should be here on Monday. This is a nice addition to your YSL family! I was wondering who bought the mock crock items on this forum and if they enjoyed them because I don't see any reveals of anything mock crock on here.
It's very chic, a bit edgy. I like it.
