The show itself is not really about Clint but rather his wife, their 15 year old daughter, and his 18 year old daughter. Clint has agreed to appear in an occasional cameo. I can not believe though that Clint would agree to do the show, or even have his family involved in one.
The show will be on E! ( sightly off topic but still related E! plans on a few more Kardashian Spin Offs, up to four in fact ) which wants to get away from the Playboy shows are more into the family dynamic shows.
