New Poppy Coach line

The tote was a little too much for me, but I thought that the little white pochette with the flower was cute!

Yea, ggk84 is right, the Poppy is really beautiful especially if you take the time to look at all the pieces patchworked together, satins, suedes, leathers, nice craftmanship!

I have some left over if you are interested, of course all authentic!

At first I didn't like the fish tote either. I thought it was pretty odd, carrying a fish tank. Today I went to the COACH store and a girl was carrying it, it was actually REALLY CUTE! Very spring, summery feeling. I left thinking, hmmm, maybe I should keep one!

That's true, things can really look a lot more beautiful in person. Plus the lighting on the picture I put up is kind of bad. I like your pieces ilia!

The Poppy On The White Is VERY Pretty!

Hey everyone! I am not a big fan of red, white or coach but when I saw the poppy, I fell in love instantly! I 've found that it's verstatile and can be worn with a great number of colors. It can jazz up a pair of plain jeans like you wouldn't imagine!
I am attaching some pics that I took to show the beatiful mixture of materials, colors and stitching that makes up the poppy. It looks like a big splash of a flower from a distance but once you take a close look, you realize that it is really scraps of material sewn together ingeniously!
The last picture shows the shoe I wear it with. I was wearing the combo with a white skirt suit and let me tell you, the effect was amazing!
I don't like the poppy design over the coach signature though. And the fish?

You guys are right. I went to Saks this weekend and saw the Poppy bag up close. The flowers are intricate and very pretty how they are patterned together. It's just not a simple flat applique. I still don't care for it but I'm not much of a "flowery" person but it's much nicer than I thought.

It's one of those purses that look ugly until you actually see it in person. I also saw the dot line wristlet & I loved it! I should have bought it when I went to the outlet. It was beautiful. When I saw it on the coach website I was like "what are they thinking?"

I totally agree.. I thought the Poppy was a large flashy sequined monstrosity when I saw it online. But in the store I saw that it was made of suede and actually very cute! Some purses are just meant to be seen in real life I guess

Thanks to ggk84's persuasive photos, I went and ordered the large tote in the white leather! I wear a lot of pink and red, so this should accent things nicely.

I really like Coach when it sticks to more classic designs. I haven't liked any of the "busy" new bags. Fish>>>Eeek Poppies>>>Yuck Ladybugs>>>Eeeew

I'd like them to stick to basic leather and signature bags.

Lexie I totally agree! I love their signature line but thats pretty much it (although I do like their watches, scarves,etc.) I also love their dog leashes I am going to buy two for my chihuahuas!
