Today I was walking through the mall in the Valley, at Topanga Westfield, and passed by the Louis Vuitton store when I noticed two new bags in the window. I thought they were really cool. Each one has a leather turquoise colored luggage tag on them. The bags look so UN-Vuitton, in a way, which is one reason why I liked them. I found them a breath of fresh air. I've been buying Vuitton since 1980, a few days before my 25th birthday...a handbag present to myself from the Paris store.
The saleperson said that they had just arrived today and the name of them is Chi Chi, although I don't know if that's the correct spelling or not. By the name, what first came to my mind was the expression, "Chi Chi Poo Poo". They're in the $2900-plus price range.
What's your opinion of these two new creations?
