New Lambskin Maxi arrived with booboo

My new black lambskin maxi with gold hardware arrived yesterday with a booboo. I've waited so long to get her and now am so disappointed. I'm waiting to hear back from my SA on whether they will be able to replace her or if she will have to be sent off for repair.
