I really love the traveler but returned them bc of just this. Too many issues with scratches. I hate it bc I love the bag but I babied the bag and it still had fine scratches. Oh well I'll stick with saffiano.

Sorry to hear that. That's the reason I don't like soft leather on structured bags...too prone to scratches. Can you tell me which color showed the scratches more, luggage or black? I've been trying to figure out which one of my Mirandas I need to baby more. Thanks. BTW, I love your new avatar...inspired me to update mine!

Your avatar is on my list, love Alma's only have one that I'm in love with but more to come but slowly lol.....I was carrying the luggage and it wasn't super noticeable but I could see it and it bugged me so I had to let them allgo. But I got 3 blacks that were scratched before getting a good one so honestly I think with time all these colors will have scratches unfortunately

It was equal......again these scratches wouldnt probably be noticeable unless you are really looking but for me I couldn't handle seeing them. So I feel anyone you get will have scratches in the future unfortunately, neither color worse than the other, and no deep scratches well not for me anyway.

Okay. Thanks for your response. Light scratches on soft leather don't bother me so much. That's normal over time. My leather conditioner/moisturizer works to minimize them. I've also found that you can use any plant-based oils as a conditioner/moisturizer. Extra virgin olive oil works really well, surprisingly.

No it wasn't a display. I think it was a return, but still had tags on and wasn't used

I agree.. Didn't even think twice about getting another one after seeing those and how easy it scratched

I've only seen the luggage in person, as I believe the grey is a MK exclusive color. You really can't go wrong with either one. I got both mine for under $100 each, so that's why I have two, plus when I find something that works for me I tend to stick to it.

That is a steal! I would scoop it up in a split second for under $100!!!

I was at the outlet in Atlantic city and there was one small hamilton traveler tote in camo. I don't remember the price, but everything in the store was an additional 20% off.

My mk SA called yesterday and said everything on markdown was an additional 20 or 25% off. Can't remember which. Menopause is a B. My mind is a constant brain fart LOL! I cannot handle christmas traffic and the crowds, makes me feel like doing someone harm with all the pushing, shoving, screaming kids, loud music, men wandering around aimlessly because they are clueless and asking random strangers if the ugly robe they are holding is o.k. for the wife we don't know....enough ranting. Ughhh, I'm officially my mother. I need more coffee.
