It’s my home store, too. I love them all. Maisha is my SA.

The DC location was absolutely beautiful. Sorry you can't get there at lunch, but when you can make it, at least you're heading to a beautiful area.
I am glad you had a good experience and hopefully learned more about a product you were looking for (sightseeing) or found some wonderful things while shopping. Our H journey is always filled with best laid plans, luck or new treasures not seen at your local store. I like the DC City area but don't frequent the store since relocating into the city. I love the ambiance when shopping, picking up items, or dining out. Again, I am glad you had a good time in the nation's capitol.
I love visiting DC - the history, the literal and figurative monuments to freedom, it's inspiring each time we go. And it only added to this vacation that I was able to pick up a few things that my boutique does not carry. The SM and my SA could not have been nicer, and the vibe in the store was quite relaxed. One customer was very angry that her RTW could not be altered on the spot, and was literally yelling at one point, and not even that ruffled the feathers of the staff.

Hi! After posting this, we went into stay at home orders almost immediately so I haven't been able to score a B or K. But my SA has kindly emailed me during the pandemic to check up on me, it's very sweet and kind. DC is slowly opening to Phase 1 this Friday so fingers crossed!

I’ve previously purchased Chanel but with the recent price increase, I’m interested in exploring Hermès. I only have a silk Hermès scarf (I picked up one time in Paris) Does anyone have an SA contact from this store I could reach out to by email or phone? Do you know if this store has curbside pickup? I’d love to grab some Oran sandals and maybe a Constance wallet. I’d like to build a relationship and potentially get a birkin in the coming year or so. Thanks for your help.

This is my home store now. I have only been buying from here for less than a year so no major offer yet.
I am very specific with K and C (don’t like B). I would really want to know if people get BKC here. I worry because it’s a much smaller store than NYC. I just hope that they don’t play games and just leading me on but I am very loyal to the store.
