A friend that works pretty high up at Goyard told me about this. There is a new Goyard bag, just came out, the story is interesting. Few years ago Victoria Beckham was photographed carrying the overnight vintage Goyard bag, and as soon as the people at Goyard saw that, they contacted Mrs Beckham in order to buy the bag because they didn't have it in their archive, the original got lost or something like that. But she respectfully turned them down, because she bought it at an auction, and didn't want to part with it.
Then they decided they wanted to release it, in a more contemporary way, so they modified it, and asked her if she liked it? She gave several suggestions; to keep it close to the original, add colors, change the zip closing.etc but she agreed with the final product, and they named it after her, The Victoria bag. It retails between 2500 - 6000 , and with my friends permission here are the shots he emailed me:
