New collection @ LVR: question!

Hello!

I just saw that on the LVR site is available the SS08 collection. I have a question though, please forgive me if it is stupid but I'm new to Balenciaga!
The Work is beeing refered as "The Work Top Handle". What is Top Handle? Is it different from the regular Work? Please educate me!

I believe they are referring to the fact that the Work only has a top handle: there is no shoulder strap
