Hi guys, I just purchased a new mini from the boutique in London. I noticed that one side was bulging out a little and now it's bothering me slightly. It seems almost crooked. Is this normal? Can it be fixed? It was a brand new bag, they just got it in that morning.

Mine look like that too! I have the 18B chevron caviar mini in ivory and both sides are like that. (Mine was also newly arrived in store and fresh from warehouse). I’m guessing that it’s just the nature of this season’s caviar?
I purchased the exact same bag few weeks ago, havent worn mine yet, so not sure about the sides bulging out. Will take a look after work to see if its like yours
That’s interesting, thanks for the comparison pic. My 18B is chevron caviar (not diamond quilts) so not sure if it behaves differently? (Or maybe it’s just my bag :sadface
The sides of my 18B mini is definitely not as nice as my 18S mini.

and-i just noticed that there is no dustbag in the box! totally missed it when i unboxed because i was so excited, but come on, such an expensive item, it should have everything. The care booklet, dust cloth thingy is there...but no dustbag!

I’m pretty sure you have the 18B grey mini. (My coworker has the same one that she just bought from her holiday in Nice.) It’s a gorgeous bag, btw, congrats on such a great score!
Are you near a Chanel? If you show them the bag and receipt and ask them, they should be able to give you one. (Yes, def you need the full set!)
you know what's weird, i actually remember finding a plain black cloth bag in my luggage when i got home and i wasn't sure where it came from. but now that i look closely it looks like a chanel dustbag but there is no chanel written anywhere on it. bizarre! I'll have to make a trip to the downtown boutique.
