You have to post a picture of an Arayla bag with a little blurb about why you like it on Facebook or Instagram and tag Arayla. I also emailed a screenshot to Mia because otherwise they wouldn't really know who posted it. They refund you for shipping on a sale item within the US (and I think Mia said partial refund for international).

I was reimbursed too and was totally surprised. The ladies are really sweet and try to give great customer service.

Me too, Lenie. I love the soft leather and it is the perfect shopping tote. I also use it when I need to carry clothing layers, bottle of wine, etc. for my social distance happy hours.

I wish the ladies had someone with marketing experience to help them out with their business. For example, the same sale items have been on their site for a couple of years. I come from the science world and have no business knowledge or experience, but it seems like they would want to get rid of old inventory that does not sell and more on?

I have been wondering about this, too. There are some I would have considered buying if they slashed the prices even lower.

Yep. I also scratch my head that hardly any new styles have been introduced that aren’t variations of what they‘ve already had. Then again, maybe that’s their goal, to only have 5 or 6 styles in different sizes and variations.

And that is fine if this is just a hobby for them. But if they want to grow.....

Got my Market Harlow. Seems like it will be very comfortable crossbody, will try it out next week. I like the Sapphire color more than I thought, it's a really nice, dark navy. The only negative is that it doesn't smell good at all. I need to air it out.
