The color changes a little depending upon the light and what it is next to. I think it has a slight burgundy or wine undertone.
My Bronze Manhattan just arrived. It is so gorgeous -- one of the pretties Arayla bags I've seen so far. The leather is soft and smooshy, and the metallic is understated in the same way that their pewter leather is. Absolutely in love with it. I will take pictures as soon as I can. I have tried to take photos indoors but I can't capture the glittering beauty of it. It looks to me like a cross between copper and bronze. Perfect for fall.

Managed to snap some outdoor photos today of my new bronze Manhattan. I carried it inside my Arayla Hepburn to teach today. The Manhattan held my webcam and cables. It is such a pretty and functional bag.
