Dragonette- I realised myself after getting a fake  after it was too late to return it and how well it was made that i needed to be extra careful. I wonder if half of the charms on ebay are fake now? or at least a 1/4? unless ebay tries to control the flow of this we'll have to tip toe thru the garbage.

It makes me wonder too! I looked on forestprincess & it seems like they've updated and added way more charms to the fake list  Totally sucks, even though some are still very noticeably fake, they ARE getting better at replicating!

kayyle, i wish i had added those ones to my watch list - i remember there was a beehive and a wedding cake. now when i do a search for them, it turns up nothing. if i had saved them to watch, i would be able to see if there is that message about it being pulled. but there is no other possibility, right? why else would the auctions just vanish? good thing is, the seller is responsive to me on email... i just asked her what happened to the beehive and wedding cake... let's see what she says!

dolllover, LOL @ tiptoeing through the garbage. hehe! yes, buying on the bay is so stressful these days! if i didn't want the charms enough, i really wouldn't put myself through it! :girlsigh:

i have a response from the hot cocoa seller whether i will be receiving the exact charm in the auction with the same box:

Yes it is. I have a couple more of these in the same

rather short and impersonal, but a response nonetheless. i guess i can breathe easier now until the charm arrives for the final inspection!

Kayyle-I guess I'll have to get the lucky 7 charm :D Any excuse to buy a charm ;)

lol! I'm all for it!

that sounds good, at least she didn't pull a bonnietonnie & ship in a totally diff box & different charm from the pictures!

I dont know if a removed listing would still show on a watched list, I had the whale in my "won" list, it disappeared once the listing was removed by ebay

Tup- Congrats on your picnic basket and to your hubby for winning yesterday!

Coldsteel- Welcome and congrats on the lobster! He's one of my favorites too...I have a lobster print tank top from Primp and love wearing my Juicy lobster charm with it!

dragonette- You're welcome! And I do seem to remember the cake slice being at the outlets awhile back, or at least on sale for twenty-something dollars? I remember it was cheap though...but I don't remember them being in blue boxes, mine came from NM in its pink box and I got it RIGHT when it came out. It's possible that the seller put it in another box or something, also.

kayyle- When a seller has their item(s) removed, they're out the fees.

LVBD, oops... i must have confused you! hehe! the charm in question with the blue box that got relisted as soon as i paid is the hot cocoa. the cake slice is from the seller whose auctions disappeared and re-appeared!

Hi Girls! I am finally caught up on the thread. GLL I absolutely love the desk accessories! I never even knew they made stuff like that in blingy leopard print!! Congrats to everyone who got new charms! I myself lost all control yesterday and in one day I got the Banana Split, Chocolate Covered Strawberry, Parrot, and Fishbowl charms! I can't believe the way I behaved! And neither can my credit card!!! LOL!! :roflmfao: Well I needed some charm therapy after I learned that my JC website orders are now delayed, so who knows when I will see my lovely balloon and panda.....Dragonette I wouldn't be too worried about the hot cocoa charm....I actually haven't seen a fake of that one, but could be wrong......as for the box, it's kind of hard to say....:thinkin:

hey dragonette! the list might have been pulled because of a mistake? i had that with a coach bag i was watching, the seller put the starting price at 0.99 dollars! then it got pulled and returned with a starting price of 199!
did you ask her about the blue box? (and i don't mean the jelly fish!)

hey puka! it turns out ebay was being funny... somehow the listings went invisible for awhile even though they were there! when they re-appeared, they had the existing bids as i saw them before...

yes, hot cocoa seller said she would send the exact charm with the blue box.
i'm off to bed now.. it's been a looooong night for me! good day/night everyone!

ps. liz, that means your therapy wasn't enough. hehe!

So it looks like Insmk is getting all her fake charms and fake charm boxes from forestprincess then listing them as real on eBay like she jacked up the dice from $13 to $95. If you report the below please mention/link to forest princess: http://forestprincess.com/jucoch.html

Revised about fake fishbowl - there are silver crystals but they're wrong and the fishbowl is too tall. I just know it came from here http://forestprincess.com/jucofich.html - Nice profit margin being a counterfeit dealer, buy it for $13 resell for $59 and rip off the buyer with a fake. I bet anything forestprincess' charms are the ones where the fake clasp when you push it in it stays there instead of reclosing and I bet they also ship their charms in little ziploc baggies (LIKE DRUG DEALERS) and I bet they also enclose little silica gel packets in their charm shipments too.
