One thing I noticed about yours was the gold dots lining the lid opening were smaller than the other and I remember getting a few of those. Also a few of mine ranged in shade (some more toward brownish, some more blueish). I would think they were fine unless something blatant was wrong to tip you off (wrong spelling, not terry lined, etc)

oooh... that's really good to know! the other thing that is very different on that box is the angle of opening - the lid opens to a perfect 90 degrees, instead of the slight slant on most of my boxes!

i did think to myself that if this was a fake box, it was really well-made!

Tatertot-I'm thrilled to be getting the charm from you! I hope your pregnancy is going well.

Tup-When you get another gumdrop i wouldn't worry about the blue box just make sure that puppy is mint because it's so delicate and that's the most important thing about that charm.I'm glad your getting everything worked out with that seller. It's cool that snowglobe came in a blue box because i won't pay 300+ just to have a charm come in a blue box.

tuptake, yeh that makes sense not to send fake items back to the seller... we've never actually sent anything back for being fake before (not that i can remember, only things in worse conditions than described) so this is sort of our first time. so we just followed the same procedure as a normal SNAD. next time we will file with PP first and see what they say before mailing! :yes:

^I think we've agreed that the trophy is going to be a new release. As for the ballerina, I saw a JC necklace on sale on the bay about a week ago. It had the same exact pendant, but no clasp, so Im thinking that that person took the necklace apart and put a clasp on the pendant

Love_Sasha last night admitted that all their items are counterfeit and are now claiming that they didn't know their supplier was giving them fakes. This is a complete lie, because it takes ten seconds to verify that Juicy Couture has not produced any pumpkins since 2007 and has never produced any Pandas. eBay has removed all but three of their listings.

And yes, even the boxes are fake. I have been told that the black print on the gold LE box has thinner lines and is only printed, not stamped into the box. The clasp of the box has outdents where it should have indents, the inside cover edge dots are too thin, as the crown on the inside of the box, and there are no tags on the bottom of the box. I have someone sending me close up photos of the fake box as well as the fake whale next to the real whale.

Welcome to the newbies! These charms are addicting as I'm sure you already know!

This morning when I went to open the front door I saw a bevy of boxes on my porch. Oh, my goodness... I turned in very early so they must have been there over night. :nuts: Along with the swarovsky crystal leopard pig, hole puncher and clock (gold crystal encrusted ruler included) was my cute Pineapple Drink charm! That thing is so darn cute! I love the Coconut charm because of the coconut but the Pineapple charm has the cutest umbrella, straw, pave cherry and lime wedge! I can't believe I almost missed out on this one. Another cutie! :yahoo:

I've got a little time so today I will try to deal with my camera. :smash:

PP ~ When I first read this I thought you said bajonkey (or however you spell it) lol.

Dragonette ~ I have only bought my charms from Juicy, Nordies, NM...etc. I have a few boxes that are similar to yours. I definitely have many that open at different angles. It annoys me when I have them all open and lined up, but other than that I don't think there is anything wrong with them.

Pinkie ~ You have a great start for your collection! Can't wait to see what you add next.

Tater ~ True Blood is my new favorite show! Even hubby was glues to the TV! I am trying to convince him that we need HBO. I hope he gives in.

TATERTOT- am not a big gambler but if i won the $40 million jackpot the charms would def be on me.

Shesaid811- that story made me laugh how funny wish i could have seen there faces

i only ebay sellers i use are hizosclothing, brezzyscloset and madbargains and as far i i have been very happy with them
