dragonette, Ah I see! I was thinking of ordering from Nordstroms and have it shipped to vpost but I'm not sure if they'll accept intl CC, oh well. I'm usually in SG but I'll go back to HK every 3 months or so, my mum's from HK

I feel like I have spent all day trying to catch up again. I have been busy doing a little bit of everything lately and haven't been turning on my computer. I just got True Blood season 1 on Bluray and I cannot pull myself away long enough to check this thread. But now hopefully I am back.
Congrats to everyone who got new charms! I love seeing pictures when I am catching up.
LV ~ I am really loving the cherry charm! I didn't like the red pave ones, but the pink ones are a must have.

Cedes ~ So sorry to hear about your doggy. I have 3 cats and 1 dog and they are getting older so I have started dreading whats to come. I just enjoy the time I have with them.

i know this isn't juicy, but i bought this yesterday at Coach, and was thinking Juicy should totally make a pink pave pig charm, it'd look fantastic!!! but for now I love this little keychain
So cute! I have a flower daisy coach keyring that I've been using for years. Got it at the outlet too for about $24. They are so durable. I love it.

dragonette and GLL, i am all for a VW bug but i want one in red! my dad used to have a 1965 red bug and we drove from lima, peru to buenos aires ,argentina in it! that is my best chilhood memory! although i will settle for a bright pink one!

That piggy key chain is sweet. You all know that I collect pigs... I need to deal with my camera. Anyway, my home office is oinking! I rec'd a call yesterday that my swarvosky crystal, leopard spotted pig, is finished! He's coming home to momma so he can sit on my desk and inspire me while I do my work and post on this thread!

Random story: I went to VT to visit my parents/ sisters for three days this weekend. I had sent a package of 4 Louis XV chair charms I got on clearance from I think JC to my parents address because they don't charge sales tax to send to VT. WHY do I need four chair charms? I don't know. I'm an addict. I want a fleet of pandas to sit on the chairs along with my old and new teddy bear charms (SIDEBAR: I ordered an onsale yellow teddy bear from Meringue Boutique and got an old Brown hinged teddy bear in the mail instead and I was psyched because it was only like $32)
ANYWAY, I carry-on everything of value. I sailed through security x-ray without beeping and turned to see the airport security huddled around the x-ray scanner staring at the x-ray of my carry-on. They whispered back and forth and after a minute looked at me and said loudly, "UH, DO YOU HAVE A BUNCH OF LITTLE...CHAIRS....IN YOUR BAG?". I was like, yep, and a couple of sailboats too. I really never imagined airport security assessing the weapon potential of my juicy couture charm addition. I suppose I could possibly...scratch someone?...by wearing the chairs on my fingers like kids stick olives on the ends of their fingers??

Hi girls! I have been reading but not had time to post. Dragonette hope you are feeling better! Congrats on the new charms! Cedes so sorry for your loss but so glad you are back! Kayyle thanks so much for the info on the whale and that seller. I had been tempted by a few of their auctions (they ALWAYS have a whale listed) but was always a little sketched out by them for some reason......Congrats to anyone else who got new charms over the past week!
That story was too cute shesaid! I can just envision you on the plane with those chairs on your fingers sorta like Freddy Krueger, going at the passengers in a menacing fashion! Baahaahaahaahaa. I think you handled the situation well. I wish I could have seen the face on the security folks when you answered back that you also had sailboats in there.

I will sit him right next to my swarvosky crystal piggy. I love piggies and don't discriminate whether they come from "Needless Markup" (NM) or Big Lots (formerly Pick N Save).
I will have to show you a pic of the piggy when he arrives.

Juicylover- Congrats!! As for the tarnish, I've gently used my Tiffany's cleaning cloth on it and it does clean a bit of the dark color off. If you don't have a Tiffany's one, a regular silver cleaning cloth works just as well.

But again I'd love to know who came up with that nickname for NM, I don't really get it? I guess I've never noticed that the prices were that different from say, Saks or even Nordie's. They just carry a lot of different designers rather than their own stuff so their prices are set by the designers.
