Starlett is this your first tracksuit or do you have many sets? I have always thought they would be so cute and comfy but because there were NOOOO Juicy store in OK I could never try them on :( but I have always wanted like a charcoal gray set :D I currently love the dynasty set :D I'm thinking now that I'm going to be very pregnant in the winter JC tracksuits will be a must!!

hi tatertot! congrats on your little boy!! it is so nice to see you around...:flowers:
dragonette, i am with everyone on this one, you didn't accuse anyone of anything wrong, you were making sure that things were OK, especially when we are in countries with no JC stores there's no way we can know until we compare to other charms.:hugs:
colored food! there is multicolored popcorn...it is yum! and we used to make green eggs and bacon (instead of ham) for the kids...
GLL, i am with you on the licorice...when X wanted to make sure i didn't eat his chocolate he used to buy this "bullets":licorice covered with chocolate...yuck!
PP, got you!
love pistachio gelato and green tea ice cream...yum!
maybe JC can make a charm of the vietnamese drink with green tapioca, red kidney beans, coconut milk and shaved ice...it is YUM!!! seriously.

puka- I remember multicolored popcorn, it was SO good. We used to have a popcorn store in one of our malls, I loved going by it when I was little. And there also used to be a microwave popcorn where you wouldn't know which color popcorn you got until it was done popping...that was so fun! I don't know why they stopped making it though. :(

GLL- They also have blue tortilla chips, they're made with blue corn!

Starlett- That stinks that your order was cancelled, I don't know of any other places at the moment that ship internationally. I think Nordies/Neiman/Saks/Bloomie's might but I'm not totally sure.

vlady580- Thank you! The shipping bag is part of the keychain charms that came with the keychain. You can't really see in the pics with the wedding cake, but mr. black yorkie is right beside blended in! Twochubbycheeks posted a link to it from the juicycouture site a few pages back

Twochubbycheeks - I'm so happy you aren't cross with me! You should definately get the keychain, I love that it comes with the extra keychain charms to jazz it up!

tatertot, Lvbabydoll, puka, dragonette, GoldenLL - Thank you for the comments! :smile1:

misty 21 - I agree with dragonette! When I read the posts I didn't think badly of the seller, (you), it was more about confirming it's authenticity just to be safe. Don't let this turn you off from selling!

I recieved my Whale charm today from ebay, compared to the one I originally had thats authentic, there are very noticeable differences! The quality is quite poor too, I had the "flippers" fall off not long after fiddling with the charm. I will post pictures later but for anybody looking to buy them on ebay be very careful!!

:pout::cursing::yucky::mad::rtr::boxing:I'm hoping some of my charms reach me today... I could use a nice pick me up... It's been one of those days. The power of a charm to lift one up with its mere cuteness...

LV, blue tortilla chips... I just eat around the colored ones. Heeheehee.

You are so welcome for the comments kayyle! I like Golden. Thanks. :D

We eat colorful bread and I give them to the kids because it makes it more fun. I also love making the funfetti cakes with the frosting but I seriously had to stop because I started putting on the pounds, lol.

kayyle, that is awful. I don't buy on ebay because I am too afraid I'll get a fake and that I won't get a refund. I hope everything works out for you.

Most of the auctions for Juicy Charms on eBay have to be looked at very carefully. If the pictures are only "stock," I would NEVER bid. If they "mix" stock with their own...start asking questions before you bid. Ask for pix from every angle...ask where it was purchased...do they have a receipt...is it a re-sell, originally bought off of eBay? Don't be afraid to ask. If they don't answer, it's a Red Flag. Don't bid.

Communication is the key...albeit a very small key. But a seller who refuses to communicate with you is usually not too "on top of things."

And ALWAYS pay with a Credit Card. I learned the hard way that if you pay directly from your checking account, you'll never get the money back. A charge transaction can always be stopped by the Credit Card Company. (Yes, I bought the Pink Sunglasses off of eBay...and the "stem" or "arm" fell off the minute I took it out of the box.) Paid through PP with checking acct. Tried to contact seller...no reply. Filed dispute...paid another $20...useless.

Dragonnette...you didn't accuse me of anything...and I'm ok with everything, truly. All ended well, we all learned about the "matte" finish and the different "nuances" as GLL referred to (loved that term), and as far as I'm concerned, it's finished.

That's it for tonight...have a good one!

Cedes- Do it if you can! The cherries are adorable, I wore them today and they looked so cute!

PP- I remember the colored ketchup, I remember the green one...blehhhh. I always thought it was moldy. :p

I remember coloured ketchup! Never was a fan though, somehow purple ketchup seemed like it just wouldn't taste the same even though it probably does.

Here are the pictures of the Whale comparison. Mister fakey's quality is so bad, both his hands were lost.
Anyway in short form the counterfeit is:
-a shade lighter in colour
-his eyes are flat instead of slightly raised
-his tale doesn't bend very far side to side
-the water from his blowhole is smaller and closer to the body
-his mouth isn't as defined
-yorky is on a longer chain
-the parts that connect the water & arms on the inside are different. Water on the fake is straight in (as seem on the roof of the mouth), while the real bends in
