Yeay.. I am glad that I am not the only one.. hahaha..
LV is my first “brand” love. And I literally grew up seeing this brand from my mum and big sisters and even my dad, so even I venture other brand, I keep coming back to LV. I hope one day I can randomly walk to LV without feeling worried.. :biggrin:

I'm so sorry that this has been your experience! They should be excited to talk about the different bags and answer your questions with respect. Her attitude could have lost them a sale (or worse, could lose a customer altogether).

I don't have a dedicated SA but recently have had some really good experiences and feel very fortunate for that because sometimes they can be very snooty. Especially since I don't get dressed up to go to the mall so I always brace myself for poor service.

Luxury shopping can be intimidating and I think they don't realize that SA's need to be kind and welcoming to everyone - whether you are just there to browse or there to buy things. Good service will always bring people back in the store. Bad service will not. Customers are coming in to potentially spend quite a lot of money and should be treated with care and value.

Yes, most of the time I don’t dressed up but doesn’t mean I don’t have money. So from now on, I will only walk into LV when my SA around. If she is not around, then I will just bring my money to store next door, which never treat me bad so far. :graucho:

My information is: it applies to all cheap basic canvas models - Neverfull, Speedy, Noe...
LV wants to have only luxury handbags for luxury ladies in the stores. You can order these cheap bags "for everyone" on the Internet, you don't need expensive SA service. Leave room for the really rich in the boutiques!

It is cruel, but if we think about it, understandable. The foot traffic in their stores are unbearable in the last few years. They could choose to open twice as many stores quickly, or price out their "budget" customers. They chose the latter.

Not sure it's just canvas. My SA told me it applied to the black and tourterelle empreinte neverfull too. But I could still buy the seasonal neverfulls, I guess just not the regular pieces. Such an odd strategy. I told her I would try my luck in Europe. If not, I'll order a personalized neverfull when I return.

I live in Europe and I travel a lot. I bought Neverfull in dark damier in Viena last year. I saw this bag in Prag, Helsinki and in the both of two stores Berlin as well.
But I wanted to buy Noe in dark damier or monogram an I am not able to found it during the last three years (as I wanted to try the size MM and PM). I visited the stores mentioned above, plus Rome, Milano, Firenze, Sylt, Hannover... Only one Noe MM in light damier was at Lafayette Paris but who wants to waiting one hour in a queque for trying the bag in color which doesn´t want to buy? :D

So I wish you good luck in Europe! :)

Well I am one of the LV lovers who got on panic to have a DE and mono prints bcoz of this issue. In the country where I’m working and from the country where I belong the NF are all not in display anymore and in less pieces. So if I didn’t get it at that moment i will be in the waiting list bcoz as my CA told me it will be discontinue “soon”. So I called her and purchase it right away.
