hi costa: may i know when u said u always offered a birkin whenever u r in paris, do u always use hermes bag when u came to the shop? if not, may i ask you what bag did u use everytime u went to the H shop? thx, the reason i am asking is because i want a birkin badly and i am coming to paris this june =)

I had a neverfull vuitton :) but they don't pay much attention to that in my opinion.

I had my white Kelly but like costa said I don't think they pay attention to that at all. I thought they may treat me differently as I like to play with my clothes and was in a slightly off the wall bright red mj heart print dress (which my friend said made me look about 12 haha) but they were really lovely and fussed over me just the same as they did over all the other elegantly and classily dressed ladies. That said there were people dressed v casually too- it matters not a jot.
Unlike Manchester where they look me up and down every time haha!

Loveaddict - no need to go to FSH wearing your H bags. If you want to, why not, but it doesn't add or take away from the service that you will receive. I don't like traveling with my H bags and wore a Marc Jacobs python bag when I went to FSH, dressed casually, and found the service to be excellent.

I found FSH to be surprisingly welcoming, on the whole; perhaps because they are so busy that one really doesn't feel like being at a high-end boutique. However, I found that whenever I carried my croc H to other H stores, the SAs invariably compliment me on my bag. I know we should expect good service however we are dressed, but I think first impressions do count. Maybe less so for FSH, but no harm showing that one is interested in the brand, right?
