Really aggravated with Online. I ordered custom Weitzman sandals from their special order boutique. Ten weeks later I get an email they're delayed. Meanwhile they keep charging and crediting my card repeatedly. Then I get email asking me to approve an extension for 30 days or they have to cancel by FTC rules. Fine, I extend. They then send me email daily for a week saying it's delayed for another two weeks. Then they cancel it totally.
I called and they told me they could place another order. I asked whether that meant waiting another 6-10 weeks...I mean, it's special order, how could they order otherwise. No, no, it'll be ready in June.
BS. I said forget it and now I won't order from their BB Boutique because it's too expensive of a risk if I get charged and no delivery.
