It's supposed to arrive via e-mail but I really do think that Neiman Marcus "accidentally" forgets to send some of the gift cards to see whether or not they can get away with it. That sounds harsh, but it happened to me and several other people I know. Just never got the gift card.

You're going to have to complain either via e-mail or phone. I'd suggest e-mail as you have proof you contacted them whereas with phone you'll need to write down the dates and who you spoke with.
Keep complaining until they give you your gift card. I had to speak on the phone 2 times and e-mail 3 different times before I finally got the gift card. The most annoying part was that instead of apologizing, they just made it seem like it was my fault - "we checked on the gift card we sent you, it hasn't been redeemed yet so here's the number."
It took over a month to finally get it and then they didn't even bother to extend the expiration date a month or offer any kind of discount as an apology.

Totally agree! Took me 3 chats and 2 phone calls to chase down my gc! They said the samething to me "it was emailed", "you haven't redeemed" all bullsh*t! I receive their promo email daily and the only one I can't seem to receive is the email contains gc!!! Very bad services don't want to deal with them again!
