Does anyone remember the Shoes and Handbag promotion back in March: the $50 gc + 10,000 incircle points? Well I got my $50 gc but was never issued my 10,000 incircle points (purchased a YSL Belle du Jour). I called NM CS today and they told me there was no such things as a 10,000 point promotion for that event; however, looking back at this thread, looks like some ladies received 10,000 incircle points for their chanel and celine shoe purchases. What do I do?

I only ask because they have some crazy restrictions & perhaps that
is why..

Yea, I think I bought my Chanel shoes during this time period. I got a $100 gift card over 1 month ago in the mail. You should call up.

I also have GC problems w/ NM. I never receive any GC since my March purchase (double GC $200 event) & it took so many phone calls & waiting for them to straighten it out. I just got 2 $100 GCs separate cards & expires in Aug 17. My question is, can i use both GCs to apply for 1 major purchase? Also, can i use the GCs at Bergdorf since i'm going to NY next week?

Sometimes these promotions are so frustrating.

Yes, you can use them in BG ..:smile1:

Have fun in NYC..

Not only are these promos frustrating, the gift cards take a long time &
many follow up calls are needed to be made plus a short expiration time
in which to use them...

When the billing statement goes out for the following month after the
purchases, so should the gift cards... not months later, IMO

I think it is totally ridiculous that NM takes 6 to 8 weeks to send out gift cards after the promotion. However, I think they do that in case of returns.

It is so frustrating to wait and wait...and then when it finally arrives, you only have about 6 weeks to use it!

Their policy is if you do return the item & have used the gift card

the points of the gift card get deducted from your account..

So, just got back from my NY trip & look what I got with my $200 GC from Bergdorf!!! (I still have to charge the difference, but at least not the full price:D)

There's one coming on the 14th... I believe it's an in-store event only.
Reward back is about 15% - Not so great.

Another one is coming on the 20th-somthing of this month - also same deal, so I'm passing on both.
