I placed an order during the last gift card promo (Spend Some, Get Some or GET2GET) where you get double gift card value when your regular price purchase includes both women's apparel and a shoe/bag purchase (pretty much exactly like the one newmommy_va just posted).

My order was placed March 5, and by my calculations, it was 8 weeks yesterday, so I should've received the gift card by now. Have other people who purchased during that promo received their GCs? Is NM usually late in sending out the GCs?

You should receive it soon. It's not uncommon for GCs to run a little late. (To my knowledge, GCs never arrive early, btw!) You can contact CS, but there's no need to worry yet.

If you haven't received it by next Tuesday, then I'd worry. GL! :smile1:

I also placed an order on March 5th. I called this morning, and the customer rep said that I am supposed to receive the e-mail giftcard around May 1st.

In the fine print it says "Customers will receive gift cards within 8 weeks of the offer expiration date." So we should be getting our gift cards tomorrow for those of us who made purchases during the first event in March.

I just got my gift card but I didn't get the bonus double amount! I'm so mad, sent an e-mail right away to NM Customer Service...has this happened to anyone before? I most definitely fulfilled the requirements of the promotion to get the doubled gift card amount...

Not necessarily true. There's a lot of hidden exclusions... You can call up customer service, but from my experience (and yes this has happened to me too), unfortunately they will not do anything about it. :yes: Good luck!

FYI everyone, I received my GC today - you ladies should be getting yours soon too!

Does anyone remember back in begining of March (the week of 2nd, from my receipt) there was an event by invitation that if you spend
$100-$499 for $75 GC
$500-$1000 for $150 GC
and so (can't remember the rest)

Anyway, has anyone received the GC?
I haven't received mine and called CS, they are looking in to it.

I just got my GCs last week. I am looking at something online but they dont' have it in store. If I buy it and return it if I don't like it, does it forfeit my GC or will I just get another GC back?
