I got the in circle 50 promo a couple of days ago and FINALLY my Oct GC yesterday. CS said it was sent on Nov 19th. I don't really doubt this because I mailed something from home to my office on Nov 17th and it just arrived the other day. I can't believe how slow the USPS is right now.
Do you know if its for all Incircle members, or for those, who made purchases during a certain time?
I bought stuff for over 1000$ during the GC promotion in Aug and I just realized I never did get an email with the GC..... Called and I'm told the Marketing dept will get back to me but it wld take at least a week or more... I'm usually not very good at keeping up with the timeline for receiving GCs from promotions and I'm afraid I've probably not received some in the past..,. 
I'm hoping they'll come thru.... Its annoying though that I have to keep on top of it when they shld really just keep their end of the promotion they offered.....

I just got the cc a few months ago but have been shocked at how much I've had to keep up on them. I had to call several times about my bonus sign up points, had issues with my first gc (which I never got to use because it ended up getting sent 3 days before it expired!!), and just received a gc from a Sept purchase after 2 phone calls. Maybe I'm just having bad luck but I'm shocked as most people rave about their service. I'm going to stick it out for a bit, but am not sure how long I'll last.
Oh it's been way too long--I think it was about 6-8 months ago. But in the future I'll know I can call them about it. Better yet I'll call them sooner so hopefully it doesn't expire to begin with!
If you look on your order confirmation e-mail it should say promotions applied: VGC. It is showing up for me for a Prada bag! So fingers crossed that it worked for you!!
