I called them and they are sending my points/gc...some mix up apparently. Not sure what took so long since they acknowledged my purchase qualified. I'm a pretty loyal Nords shopper and have recently been branching out and taking advantage of these gc events, but I have to say, NM sure drags their feet on sending them out. I just got the email for the other one today but almost don't want to take advantage of it since I always have to jump through hoops to get the darn thing!

omg I had the same mix up! I called them on Black Friday after I still didn't get my email and they told me my email had been sent on 11/11. I was very frustrated with them because through 2 other online chats with customer service (11/1 and 11/15), I was told to expect the email soon. If the email was indeed sent on 11/11, my question was why wasn't the CS on 11/15 able to see this? Besides, I was neurotically checking for this email every day, even in my junk email box (even though I had already added neiman's to the safe mailing list) so there was no way I could've missed an email. Anyways, they were able to provide the information again but due to some "security" reason, they were unable to "resend" the email, which I believe never got sent in the first place. This mix up really makes me rethink shopping with Neiman's in the future...

BTW, can anyone tell me the restrictions for the BET2GET gc (the promo that was in September)? Per CS, she said there were pretty much no restrictions but I don't know whether to believe her or not.
 
Can anyone tell me what the mark is on the page to determine it is eligible for the promo , someone said blue box. I do not see that, a fried said there should be a triangle. soo confused!

I don't think it's a triangle but an actual small box stating the promo on the item page... at least that's what I based my purchase on and it worked. I could be wrong but I think the products that don't qualify do not have the promo box on the page.
 
What if an item ordered with the GC is damaged? I used my gc to order some cosmetics and one of them arrived damaged (an e/s all crumbled). They can exchange that for a new one, right? If not then that is ridiculous and NM probably won't see much of my business.

If it's damaged on their part, then you won't have a problem.
 
Can anyone tell me if balenciaga was included? I ordered late last night and applied the code for the gift card but didn't even think about checking to see if it was excluded! I ordered a bag of that helps. Thanks!!
