Need to restock Amore Pacific, when is good time to buy?

When is a good time to stock up AP products? Beauty sale from Nordies, NM (does Saks carry it), Sephora's anniversary sale, or from eBay sellers (please pm if you have one trusty seller)? For those of you that frequent H-Mart or similar Asian speciality store that carries AP product, how are their prices compared with American department store?
