beautiful bag Jac :smile1: Velo is much better size than City - maybe I can consider a Velo or PT for my 2nd BBag :D

I know how you have concern toward the leather.. mine is my first BBag too, I anticipated the leather to be much softer and chewy. I do feel mine is little dry, rough on the sides.. planning to put some nourish cream on it. probably share photos after I've done it :smile1:

Hi Honeylicious, do share your photos of the end results. I'm considering if I would apply any cream on my bals as I'm afraid I would ruin it. So I'm leaving my bals in their natural state. I make sure to carry an umbrella with me at all times just in case of rain! :p

Anthra Velo RH as my first bal is such a versatile colour and velo is a perfect size for carrying on the crook of your arm or cross body. I just got my 2nd bal, a Coq First RH, too excited for words. I am bal content.. for now.. :D

Went to try on the anthracite Work today and it really does have some green undertones.. I wore black and it just slightly looked like a soft military green with gray of course. Don't know if I like it or not.. Hmmmm

I was in our local boutique yesterday, they had the 2012 new colors. I picked up a first in this beautiful dark blue gray color, asked them if it was a new color. The SA told me it's anthracite.. :wtf: What?!?! It has so much blue in it, I had my FW'11 anthra with me and in comparison, mine looked so green :yucky:

Just received a 2011 anthra and I can definitely say that it is a darker grey and the blue/green undertones are less obvious than its 2010 counterpart (since I have both). My 2011 still has some blue/green undertones though, but is hardly noticeable unless under yellow light. Then again, I have colleagues who have mistaken my 2010 anthra as a green bag under the harsh office lights.


2011 anthra for those interested. The second picture is an almost true representation of the color.

Hey ladies, just a quick question on the mysterious Anthra. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but does the silver hardware brings out more blue tones and the rose gold brings out the green tones?

Hi - in theory I think that should be true..but I have 2011 anthra RGGH and mine is grey with subtle blue tones. I can't see a green tone lurking there anywhere!

Yes I have silver and haven't seen many here so it is more blue than the green undertones I've seen with pics of rose and gold hardware. Hope this helps! :)
