there is a seller was a bag that i want she has a BIN for $800 she has 4 feedback and the buyer proctection only covers $200, so if something go wrong i will lose $600.

Well.....you can pay with a credit card and then if something goes wrong you can file a chargeback with your CC. Is her feedback really good? Have you had the bag authenticated several times? If so, then you might be OK!
