I need to plan a short trip (about 4 days) that I can go on from England. It will be in January so I need to keep the weather in mind but don't mind something local or out of the country. Just want it to be a bit relaxing, nice views, etc. not too interested in too much walking around and sightseeing. Just want it to be a good break. Any ideas?

Definitely go to the countryside somewhere in the UK, or take the train to another European country.
I once did a long weekend in Scotland in February. There's not too much museums and stuff there, and it was a nice change of pace. But it was quite windy at that time of the year, so the weather may not be what you're looking for.
