Need help with these earrings

I got these cute earrings but they're droopy on my ears ush: How could i fix it? Do i need the circular disc thing from the back? I've seen it on some earrings and i always take out the discs, but this one didn't come with them. Can I buy them? Where can I find them? What are they called?

You can probably find them at any bead/button store

or use the disk back from other earrings

I always took them out, so I don't have any at home I thought the disc ones are for security in store. LOL.

You can get those types of backing at Claire's in the mall.

The dreaded droop! Happens to me to, I hate it. At lease there's a solution.

You can always buy a cheap pair of earrings (Claire's or Target clearance, for example), take the backing, and toss the earrings. Good luck!

Yeah, disc backs help. I would just get a new (cheap) pair of earrings you like and just use the backs on this pair and the new pair. May as well get another earring than just buy the backs, it'll be the same price. It might still droop if the problem is that your hole is large, I have large holes that stretched so sometimes I have this problem too with certain earrings.

Walmart sells those backs in little packs in their jewelry section. Will cost around a whole $3. They also sell other backs to earrings, I have a container full of them since I seem to lose the backs a lot, or prefer the little rubber ones.
