How long have you had this bag? Do you experience any color transfer?I have this exact lotus/pearlised pink and I love it!!!! ..
Sep 2016..no color transfer thus far..God forbid
! I only wear it with light clothing..if I be honest I find this lady dior in pearlised pink superb in terms of its craftsmanship and it’s divine color. I’ve tried on all colors at the boutique but this is the most outstanding and it matches with almost any colorful clothing and brightens up plain clothing, just make sure you wash your new clothing to see if the color will transfer otherwise it’s fine even v colorful clothing. Ah 3cm is a head taller? You can hand held it if you can’t handle the strap on you. Give it a try!
I really love this color...color changes in lighting as well. The problem is Im 5ft and afraid that it look too big on me. Thank you so much for all the picsSep 2016..no color transfer thus far..God forbid

No 3cm is really minor but I am used to the speedy b which is a lot lower so it felt uncomfortable. Will give it another try and if not will get the My ABCDior version that was pretty ok

I would go with the grey. It is easier to maintain. Pink bags can get dark corners and dark handles from wear and tear. Grey won't show them. Good luck!

Your height is ok for a Medium. I am 5'1 and owe a Medium Lady Dior, and I think many women here owe a Medium and are 5'-ish tall. The Medium size is not huge on a 5' woman. Try to put the use of the bag in a context, such as travel and sightseeing, busy days, drinks and dinners, shopping days. In a real life context the Medium size won't show as a "big" bag. The plus is that the Medium has more room for your essentials than the smaller sizes. On some days you might need to bring a small umbrella or extra makeup, and you won't have to compromise, given the extra space. It will always be the classic Dior bag.

I would avoid any kind of rain like the plague though.
PS a lot of women are 5ft and still carry a Neverfull GM. It only matters what you need it for. If you need it for special occasions and not as "everyday" bag, I would go for mini or MLD instead of medium. If you want it for work as well go for medium

The medium can fit a mini umbrella. I usually buy those mini umbrellas from a brand called "Esprit", they are based in Germany (I think).
The umbrella inside the LD is meant for emergency rain, and when I am uncertain about the spontaneous activities on that day. The umbrella is absolutely not my handbag essential, and not always with me, only on sporadic occasions. Also, I never put a wet umbrella inside any bag, designer or not.
I agree with the Neverfull on 5' women. I also have a Birkin 35 and love it.
Before buying a bag, think of the following: 1) does it fit your needs in terms of capacity?, 2) for what occasion is the bag meant to be? and 3) what bags you have already in your collection, and how is the new bag going to fill collection gaps?
