Need help on these Marc by Marc Jacobs boots!!

I found these boots and right when I wa going to check out they ran out of my size which is 37. They are selling for a great price and I want them so bad!! I nromally wear 37 in all marc jacobs shoes, however I have never purchased their boots but in general I like to order a half size bigger so I could wear it with thicker socks. Unfortunately their smallest size available is 38. What do you gals think, should I just order the 38 even though I am a 37? Also, no refunds are allowed on this item

Please help!! I want to get this if you guys say yes before someone else takes this away from me! THANKS!!

Personally, I've found that going even half a size up sometimes can make the shoe fit differently. To go a whole size up from your normal shoe size is a bit much (in my personal opinion). I wouldn't want you to make the purchase and realize that they don't fit and be stuck with a pair of pretty boots that you love but can't wear
