Need help on colour

I am eyeing on a city from a local reseller but am not too sure about the colour. She is not sure about it herself!

It looks like sandstone to me but I need your advice. What are the other neutral colours available this season?

Can anyone provide the serial numbers of the colours so that I can verify?

neutral or truffe are the only other's i can think of...

neutral looks like a really like beige, almost white.. i havent seen it IRL, though.

truffe is a chocolate brown [or at least the one i had was - i think there are some that are a bit lighter...]
