Need help identifying purse..

This is a screen cap from "The Secret Life of the American Teenager" and the character Adrian was carrying this purse.. I'm not sure if its a designer or just a regular purse but I kinda like it and was wondering if anyone has seen it before...

Sorry it's a bit blurry.. but yeah.. It also has 2 tassels on each side of the bag..

I swear my mom has one exactly like that in purple that she bought at Target or Kohl's. It could be a knock off of a designer one though...she bought it last year, and I looked, but didn't see it online...

It came in red and in black as I recall. Also look on ebay if you don't find one in person. My secretary has the bag and loves hers.
