Need help- first Chanel

I was so excited to receive my Gray Chanel Mini rectangle that I ordered over the phone but it looks to have a blemish. Let me know your thoughts. Should I return? I can’t help but stare at it and feel like it should be perfect for the price tag. Thanks for your help.

Hi! Congrats! The bag is beautiful but that looks to me like it was a scratch. It could have been done when they packaged it. I think it is up to you. For me, when I pay this much for a new purse I expect it to be perfect. I personally would exchange it for another on but if it doesn't bother you, you can leave it.

Return it and ask for a new one if you’re still interested in the bag.

I would personally return that one because at full price, there shouldn’t be any visible indentation/scratches.

I ended up returning it, NM ordered me another one hopefully this one will be blemish and defect free
