I had mine done w/ friends when I was 16, my parents of course had no idea and i hid it for years. to this day (almost 24 now) i still cannot believe i did this! i guess i like it but to be honest i forget i even have it. Ive never had problems w/ infection or anything but i DO remember how much it hurt to have to clean it and rotate it for the first few weeks after I had it done. thinking back to that makes me feel sick. Personally, I was just a kid but I thought it hurt a LOT! I would never ever get it re-pierced if it closed up for some reason and I also refuse to take it out until I decide to have a baby or something (just because I know I would never get it done again and I wouldnt want to regret taking it out i guess...)
