Little gripe. Return policy says for holiday purchases returns are “through January 20, 2025” which by the definition of the word “through” means Jan 20 is still a day returns are accepted. Right? Except the return window closed Jan 20, and customer service response is that it closed on Jan 20 sorry.
Sure it’s a relatively large return window and I don’t mind having these bags but I take issue with this incompetence. “Through” is different from “before”. “Until” I would read as confusing and if I were writing that policy wouldn’t use. Ugh. What’s the point of using words if you’re going to use the wrong ones.
